Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. Any upgrades you request that might cost extra will never be charged without your approval.
Can I pay using a debit card?
Unfortunately not. At the moment, we are only able to accept payment via PayPal, cheque from an Australian bank and money orders in AU currency. Australian residents also have the option of direct bank deposit. If you wish to pay using any other method besides PayPal, please contact us first for further details.
Can I Pay Via Cheque?
Yes, but only if the cheque is issued by an Australian bank. We are unable to accept cheques from any other banks.
I believe I have been billed incorrectly. What do I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible and explain why you think you have been billed incorrectly. We will explain or correct the situation as soon as possible for you.
I'm interested in having a website made by CAITE. How long will it take for you to make?
It depends largely on the size and complexity of the site required. For a standard small site, from first contact through to finished product, it will generally take from about a week to a fortnight. Obviously larger sites will take a little longer. However, if a site is required urgently, we can place a rush order on it for an extra cost - in this case, a small site will be ready in 2 - 3 days.
I'm interested in having some graphics made by CAITE. How long will it take for you to make?
Again it depends largely on the number and complexity of the graphics required. For a standard "link me" package, from first contact through to finished product, it will generally take about 1 - 2 days. Obviously larger packages will take a little longer. However, if a graphics package is required urgently, we can place a rush order on it for an extra cost - in this case, a "link me" package will be ready within a couple of hours from first contact.
